FIRST MONTH FREE PROMOTION
TERMS & CONDITIONS

CNR Medical Billing LLC (“CNR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is offering the CNR First Month Free Promotion(“Promotion”) to eligible new clients who enter into a qualifying service agreement for eligible medical billing and/or medical coding services.
1. PROMOTION OFFER
Eligible new clients may receive their first month of eligible CNR medical billing and/or medical coding services at no charge when they enter into a qualifying written service agreement with CNR Medical Billing LLC.
The Promotion is subject to these Terms & Conditions and the terms of the applicable signed service agreement.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is available to qualifying new clients who:
- Have not previously maintained an active paid service agreement with CNR Medical Billing LLC for the applicable services;
- Qualify for CNR's eligible medical billing and/or medical coding services;
- Complete and sign a qualifying written service agreement during the promotional period; and
- Satisfy applicable onboarding, documentation, and service requirements.
CNR Medical Billing LLC reserves the right to determine eligibility for the Promotion.
The Promotion is not automatically available to existing clients, former clients, affiliated entities, or clients who attempt to establish a new agreement solely to obtain an additional promotional period.
3. QUALIFYING SERVICE AGREEMENT
To receive the Promotion, the client must enter into a qualifying written service agreement with CNR Medical Billing LLC for eligible recurring medical billing and/or medical coding services.
The service agreement will establish the applicable:
- Services;
- Service fees;
- Payment terms;
- Contract term;
- Client responsibilities;
- CNR responsibilities;
- Termination provisions;
- Confidentiality and data-security requirements; and
- Other applicable business terms.
The signed service agreement is the controlling document governing the parties' business relationship.
4. FIRST MONTH FREE
The Promotion applies to the eligible recurring service fee identified in the qualifying service agreement for the client's first billing period.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, the Promotion does not include:
- Third-party fees;
- Clearinghouse fees;
- Software or technology fees;
- Government or payer fees;
- Credentialing fees;
- One-time setup fees;
- Special project fees;
- Additional services outside the qualifying service package;
- Pass-through expenses; or
- Other charges specifically excluded by the service agreement.
Any applicable charges outside the Promotion will remain the client's responsibility.
5. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The Promotion begins September 12, 2026.
CNR Medical Billing LLC may establish an expiration date, extend the Promotion, modify the Promotion, suspend the Promotion, or discontinue the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable law and any rights already established under a signed service agreement.
To qualify, the client must execute the qualifying service agreement while the Promotion is active.
6. NO AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF PROMOTION
The Promotion applies only to the client's qualifying first month of service.
After the promotional first month, the client will be responsible for the applicable fees established in the signed service agreement.
The Promotion does not reduce, waive, or modify future recurring service fees unless expressly stated in writing.
7. EARLY TERMINATION OR BREACH
If the client terminates the qualifying service agreement early or materially breaches the agreement, any applicable rights or remedies will be governed by the signed service agreement and applicable law.
The Promotion does not waive any minimum-term, termination, payment, or other contractual obligations contained in the signed service agreement.
8. NON-TRANSFERABLE
The Promotion is intended solely for the qualifying client.
The Promotion may not be:
- Transferred;
- Sold;
- Assigned;
- Exchanged for cash;
- Applied to another client; or
- Combined with another promotional offer,
unless expressly authorized in writing by CNR Medical Billing LLC.
9. NO CASH VALUE
The Promotion has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Promotion may only be applied to eligible services expressly covered by the Promotion and qualifying service agreement.
10. HEALTHCARE COMPLIANCE
The Promotion is intended to provide a promotional benefit relating to eligible medical billing and/or medical coding business services.
Nothing in these Promotion Terms is intended to provide or induce unlawful remuneration, referral compensation, fee splitting, kickbacks, or other consideration prohibited by applicable federal or California law.
CNR Medical Billing LLC may modify, restrict, or decline the Promotion when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, payer requirements, contractual obligations, or other compliance requirements.
11. NO GUARANTEE OF REVENUE OR REIMBURSEMENT
Participation in the Promotion does not guarantee:
- Insurance reimbursement;
- Claim payment;
- Claim approval;
- Increased revenue;
- Reduced claim denials;
- Payer participation;
- Credentialing approval;
- Contracting approval; or
- Any particular financial result.
CNR will perform its services in accordance with the applicable signed service agreement.
12. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client remains responsible for providing CNR with accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation necessary to perform the contracted services.
The client is responsible for maintaining appropriate licenses, certifications, provider information, payer enrollment, documentation, and other requirements applicable to the client's healthcare operations.
13. PROMOTION MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION
CNR Medical Billing LLC reserves the right to correct errors, clarify eligibility requirements, modify the Promotion, or discontinue the Promotion prospectively.
Any modification or discontinuation will not affect rights already established under a qualifying signed service agreement, except as otherwise permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
14. CONTROLLING TERMS
These Promotion Terms apply to the First Month Free Promotion.
If there is a conflict between these Promotion Terms and the client's signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. FINAL DISCLAIMER
THE CNR FIRST MONTH FREE PROMOTION IS SUBJECT TO ELIGIBILITY, CNR MEDICAL BILLING LLC APPROVAL, THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND THE TERMS OF THE QUALIFYING SIGNED SERVICE AGREEMENT. THE SIGNED SERVICE AGREEMENT IS THE CONTROLLING DOCUMENT GOVERNING THE CLIENT'S SERVICES, FEES, AND PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS.
